Parking for the Midwest Regional

Parking will be available in the multi-level parking lot adjacent to the UIC Pavilion (just east on Harrison).  The cost will be $10 per day, and vehicles will be allowed to leave and return once during the day.

For oversized vehicles (buses and trucks) parking will be available in Parking Lot 1A across the street from the Pavilion (south across Harrison).

Load-in for the Midwest Regional on Thursday

Load-in of equipment for teams will be on Thursday.  3 members from each team will be allowed entry into the UIC Pavilion at 7:45 am on Thursday with as much equipment as they can safely bring in.  Any additional equipment can be brought into the Pavilion at 8:30 am when the remaining members of the teams are allowed into the building.  Entry for the initial 3 members will be on the north side of the building through doors facing the frontage road to the expressway.  Vehicles can park momentarily on the frontage road to unload equipment.
