2012 - Load-In for the Midwest Regional on Wednesday & Thursday

There are two entrances into the UIC Pavilion that have been designated as "Load-In" areas.  One is Gate 6 located on Congress Parkway and the other is just off of Harrison Street between the parking structure (Lot 7) and the Pavilion.  (*Please note that this alleyway is not a throughway.) 

All robots, tools, and/or other heavy equipment must come into the building through the designated Load-In areas. Only small manageable items will be allowed to be carried in through the glass doors at the front of the Pavilion to the pit area.

Official Load-In times for the 2012 Midwest Regional are as follows:

 1. Wednesday, March 21st - Starting at 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. (CST)

2. Thursday, March 22nd - Starting at 7:45 a.m. until the pits open at 8:30 a.m. (CST)

2012 - Parking for the Midwest Regional

The cost of parking will be $10.50 per day / per vehicle. There are three lots that are available for use during the Midwest Regional and vehicles will be allowed to leave and return once during the day.

Cars should park in the multi-level parking structure (Lot 7) adjacent to the UIC Pavilion (just east on Harrison).

Oversized vehicles (buses, trucks, vehicles pulling trailers) should park in Parking Lot 1-A across the street from the Pavilion (south across Harrison).

Lot 11 (East of the Lot 7 parking structure) may be used for overnight trailer parking.
